Live in Santa Ana, CA. and thinking of moving to Las Vegas surrounding area like Henderson, Green Valley?

I hear people say the heat in the summer, that’s not that bad with the low humidy, compared with Santa Ana higher humid conditions and it get’s in the 90’s hear in the summer and more sticky than Vegas. At least I’d have a better chance owning than renting in Vegas than Orange County. You get nothing for $500,000 in the Santa Ana area, it’s nothing great.
You can get a new place in Vegas for $300,000 everything brand new. My feeling is you give and take in life. I can use the change, because there’s nothing hear in Santa Ana for me.
Please give me the plus’s and minus’s of considering Vegas for a move.
