Where do girls in Southern California buy their clothes?

just me asked:
I know this may seem a bit shallow, but I was just at the airport in Phoenix and I saw a group of girls going to Santa Ana, Ca and they were dressed SO amazingly. Like not the typical Abercrombie, Hollister,Coach bag seen. This was like Vogue fashion, RED heels, oversized red leather purse, they looked like celebrity’s daughters. Where do they buy their clothes and how do they dress like this?
