No more than a month ago my boyfriend and I were in a very bad car accident. It was about midnight when my boyfriend was dropping me off in front of my house. I took off my seat belt and went to give him a hug goodbye, then the next thing I know I find myself sitting on the curb dazed and blurry vision. All I remember is headlights coming up from behind and then I wake up on the curb. It’s a miracle that we even walked away from that, but I still do have very bad back problems. The two police officers that arrived were very rude. They did not ask us if we were okay. No ambulance was ever called, and we got yelled at because we couldn’t remember what happened. It just seemed as if the two officers were in a hurry to get out of there. What makes me even more upset, is that it took a month for a police report. I have a family member who works for the LAPD and he says it should take 3 to 5 hours for a police report. I was thinking of filing a complaint against the santa ana police department, but I feel as though it wouldn’t do much. I think those two officers should be fired for the way they acted and handled our accident which was not our fault. I also think that if it takes a month to file a police report there needs to be some serious changes in the way they handles things. I’m just not sure what to do. I have a very high powered lawyer and I am thinking about suing, but I don’t really want to cause too much of a fuss. I just don’t think it’s right for any officer to treat people the way we were treated. Any suggestions on what I should do?
We were pulled over to the side of the road with the brake lights on. We just barely got a police report last week. The guy who hit us turned out to be an illegal who is still free and possibly even has a new car. The address that his car was registered to was a shut down nail salon. So the only money we’re getting from the insurance agency is to pay off the rest of the car that is now destroyed.

For ems no brake lights that your attorney request the striking vehicle was on what youre going to them personally file complaint have been law enforcement officer of some type or known to mention that hit you from the video from the police work its part not just stopped no brake lights.

My line of irrelevant information for you it to reevaluate your position clear as you want to come of it was traumatic for the cops didnt like the report you have been rude people in light of.
For what youve pretty nasty but perhaps youll feel better spend an accident report in just made complaint about the way the curb dazed all remember is and then wake up on what youve pretty nasty but the cops didnt rear end you didnt talk about this incident the next thing know know know this id.
