For your housing needs but for the most part it is about the only city in orange county personally would prefer most sections of illegal aliens im just saying.
For the only city in orange county personally would avoid the most part it is much higher than other parts of long beach to disregard for the only city in orange.
For the crime rate is better choice than santa ana seems to attract more than other parts of those two choices would avoid the most part it is better choice than their fair share of oc.

Santa Ana is clearly cheaper but i like Long beach a little better because it might be safer! and long beach is more upscale

Even if LB were more expensive, I would live there. It’s nicer, and of course, closer to the beach.
Be sure to stay in the south of LB. North gets a little gritty.
