I was just sleeping this morning and I woke up feeling pain in my throat and nostrils because it was so dry. This is the second time this happened to me with the Santa Ana winds came. I only been here in CA for a year now. What can I do to prevent this from happening again?

You can buy saline solution you can put up your nose, drink a ton of water and try to stay out of the winds!

They only way to combat this problem is with a nasal spray that will keep your nasal passages moist. Flonase works great. Just speak with your doctor about it and he will prescribe you a spray that will keep your moisturized.
